The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had a lingering bad smell that was hard to ignore, uncomfortable. The lack of air conditioning or even a fan was another letdown, especially since the room became quite stuffy. I had issues with the pillows, of very low quality and provided little support, ruining my sleep.

Clean hotel, liked to be just off the centre of Berlin, and airports thanks to marvellous location. The staff was courteous, polite, and everything was good. We were given a twin room with shared bathroom upon arrival.

Just a reliable pick for getting around area in Berlin with definitely value for money. The staff were helpful when I needed directions to the nearest public transport. Make sure to request a room away from the street to avoid noise.

Great restaurant, bar, and indoor courtyard tables. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was fine. Dinner was really good. There are also few other nice low-key places in the neighborhood to have a drink and meal at too.

Not the most central location and if you have the windows open, there might be a little noise from neighbors chatting (which becomes big on the quite street it's on). Nothing to negate the good points of the place.

I liked that the hotel had an excellent breakfast, nice and cheap bar, and excellent high-speed internet - it distinct advantages.

Do not like that at issue was only one electrical outlet and away from the bed - it's inconvenient because we used two laptops, video camera and phone - just need to charge for. Also did not like what was left after harvesting the door open to the toilet because of this room was a bad smell.

The location of the hotel is very nice. There are subway stations both on the right and left side of the street, just 5 min.walk each one. The breakfast is very nice for that level of hotel and everything in the breakfast are very delicious. The staff is very helpfull and answering every question with a smiling face. So sweet.

Yes, there is no lift but its no big deal. The area is just quiet part of the city, if you want so much entertainment nearby, you can not find. There is nothing to compare about the hotel.

The studio offers plenty of space and comes equipped with a kitchen, very convenient for preparing meals.

Thank you for a great stay. My wife and I enjoyed the hotel which was very close to transport which allowed us to travel in to the city centre within 15minutes. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bar downstairs was a joy to come back to and enjoy a cold beer before going to bed.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, not far from Tegel airport, Aldi and Netto shops nearby.

I tell ya what, I was real pleased with this place. Had a clean room and the staff were as friendly as could be. The breakfast was good, and I loved the vibe of the lobby area, like I could sit a spell. Just wish they had a bigger bar. Felt right at home here.

The hotel is at affordable budget and gives all necessary facilities including complementary breakfast. The hotel safety is good and has maintained cleanliness all over.The assistance and guide by the manager is remarkable.Recommended for family of three to four and for city seeing experience.

The room is ideal, bright comes with a shared bathroom and four beds. Its staff are affable and excellent.

the room was quite warm in the summer. but the staff was super welcoming and friendly. the cleanliness of the shared bathrooms was really top-notch! loved the refrigerator and coffee machine in the room too!

Good price including sauna, jacuzzi etc

The arrangement was good in Steps.Reception ,breakfast etc.

There is some missing things like television ,telephone.
